BTI owner Paul Messino and his son Preston delivered another top notch Thai Dinner for 8 guests last Friday. Proceeds went to The Sunshine kids foundation. A nonprofit for Children with cancer.
I’m so lucky said Paul. For over 12 years I owned and operated the 1st Thai restaurant in Naples, so you know I love cooking and good food. When I was asked to donate a dinner package 6 years ago I thought was a fun idea. My son Preston loves it! Since he was 4 years old he has said he would love to be a Chef and Artist. Each event he surprises me more and more. We have matching chef jackets and he always creates something on the spot from food like carving, flowers, etc. See some of his work.
I say I’m lucky because I think community involvement is so important. It can be difficult for a small business to carve the time to volunteer. So when I get to have a great night with my son, meet great guests, raise thousands of dollars for a great cause, what more could I want? http://bangkokcuisine.com/events
